GLOBAL FINANCIAL RECRUITMENT – worldwide recruitment company

We are looking to fill the following position in the Republic of Ireland.

For Motor Distribution Company we are looking for

Branch Financial Controller[/b][/size]

Salary €45,000 to €50,000

[b]Requirements[/b]

Qualified Accountant with relevant motor trade experience
Fluent English Spoken and Written
Computer literate Excel/ Word/ Outlook/ Accounting Software.
Reporting to Chief Financial Director

[b]Main Duties:[/b]

• Responsible for the accounting function of 2 very large motor dealership branches
• Produce monthly & annual accounts. Reconcile these accounts with monthly profit reports. Liaise with auditors on annual accounts. Produce reports for board meetings.
• Produce detailed monthly profit reports - deadline 7 working days
• Prepare monthly commissions & bonuses
• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts, debtors & creditors
• Produce Annual projections
• Ensure that all the accounting information flows smoothly & accurately through the system
• Attend Stock Takes
• Prepare any financial data as requested on an ad hoc basis
• Implement systems changes and new policies
• Resolve problems & queries at branch level
• Participate in installation of any new dealer management system
• Ensure all company policies, procedures & internal controls are adhered to
• Review debtors & creditors accounts
• Provide information & reports for various managers
• Training and staff recruitment
